Kettlebells
Kettlebells are a versatile cannonball-like weights with thick handles suitable for every level of fitness. The weights offer all the benefits of dumbbell training, plus a few more. The thick handles challenge your grip, and the position of the weight in relation to the handle works your core extra hard.
They're ideal for explosive exercises that work major muscles, burn body fat, and build power.

Boxercise
Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, hitting pads, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. The boxercise classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards. No class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.

Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation Exercise helps to strengthen the muscles that support your body and keep your back and joints healthy. Rehabilitation is an essential part of your treatment programme and your recovery. We design exercise programs specifically for your condition which can be easily incorporated into your everyday life. Exercises help to speed recovery and prevents recurrence of your painful condition.

Resistance Bands
Resistance bands are a great way to stimulate muscle growth by making it easier to control the resistance and keep it consistently on the targeted muscle. Band exercises are a great way to stretch and are a lower-impact option to build muscle while keeping your joints safe when starting to work out again following an injury as part of a rehabilitation program.
Band exercises have been used in such settings for a long time and are particularly effective at toning your muscles and allowing you to gradually increase the stress on your muscles as you regain more strength.

Speed & Power
All Body
Speed and power training is a component necessary in many sports, and can be helpful in everyday life as well. Speed strength comes from the neuromuscular system's ability to create a large impulse in the shortest amount of time. The stronger you are, the more speed you will be able to generate. Technique, however, must also be trained in conjunction with strength and power.

Suspension Training
The term suspension training refers to an approach of exercise that uses a system of ropes and webbing called a "suspension trainer" to allow the user to work against their own body weight. Suspension training is a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed. These are done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously.

ViPR Training
ViPR training bridges the gap between movement and strength training. It combines full-body movements with load. ViPR introduces a new concept in fitness and sports conditioning – Loaded Movement Training, combining task-oriented movement patterning with resistance training. Agility and strength come from moving the body in a variety of purposeful tasks with load.

Bulgarian bag
The Bulgarian Bag offers movements that cannot be duplicated with any other equipment and allows the user to move in all three planes of motion during a single movement. The Bulgarian Bag strengthens and increases the muscular endurance of your grip, wrists, arms, shoulders, back, legs, rotational muscles, core, co-ordination, balance, overall shoulder and joint mobility, as well as speed and agility. The unique design makes it an incredibly functional and versatile piece of equipment.

Battle Rope
Originally developed for specific combat sports such as football and Mixed Martial Arts, heavy rope training (or rope battling) is becoming very popular among fitness professionals. Along with increasing your strength, power and endurance, the constant motion of rope battling is a metabolic workout unlike any other. You’ll be shocked at how fast a few quick whips can get you to your maximum heart rate.

Weight Lifting
Weight training is a type of strength training that uses weights for resistance. The resistance provides a stress to the muscles that causes them to adapt and get stronger, similar to the way aerobic conditioning strengthens your heart. Weight training can be performed with free weights, such as barbells and dumbbells, or by using weight machines. It’s a perfect way to help your body fight the loss of muscle, bone mass and strength. Weight training also increases the body's metabolic rate, causing the body to burn more calories throughout the day. This significantly aids long term weight loss.

Tornado Ball
The Tornado Ball is a piece of exercise equipment that consists of a solid polyurethane ball that has a thick length of rope protruding from its core. It’s swung in a series of exercises that can increase rotational strength and flexibility, overall upper body, coordination, balance and agility and is great for training the core.
